As you may be well aware…it’s been a chilly January up until now! In fact you could say it’s been quite historic: the average temperature for the first 15 days of the month (both highs and lows), is 19.4 degrees F. That is more than 16 degrees colder than average for the first half of January. If the second half of the month were just as cold as the first half, then it would end up as the 3rd coldest…
